Metal clay has existed since the nineties and is used by professional jewellers. It had simply never left the workshops. We put it in a box with a blowtorch and a guide that tells the truth about what goes wrong.

The rules, in plain words
The torch is not a toy
Open flame above 1,000 °C. Non-flammable surface mandatory, ventilated room, heat-resistant gloves and metal tongs for anything coming out of the fire. Hair tied back, no children or animals in the room.
Not recommended for anyone under 18.
The piece stays burning hot for minutes
After firing, the metal is at around 600 °C and stops glowing at about 500 °C: it no longer looks hot and it still burns badly. Allow ten minutes before any bare-handed contact, and thirty minutes for the firing brick, which holds heat longer than the piece itself.
The gas is not included
Butane cartridges cannot be shipped by post. You will find them in any supermarket for a few euros — the exact format is in the guide.
