Estimated times in working days, excluding preparation and carrier delays. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient.
From your order to your letterbox
Preparation
We prepare and pack within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday.
Dispatch
You get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
Arrival
The torch travels without gas, as transport rules require. A standard lighter refill is enough to fill it.
Two things before you order
The torch ships empty. Regulations forbid shipping a charged lighter. Fill it with a butane lighter refill, sold everywhere, before your first piece.
Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be added on arrival. They depend on your country and are payable by you.
