In its original packaging, complete and unstarted. Return postage is at your expense, except in case of our error or breakage.

Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the payment method used for the order.

A metal-clay kit contains a consumable. Better to be clear straight away.
None of this limits your legal rights: the conformity guarantee and the hidden-defects guarantee apply in addition, under the conditions laid down by law.
Return questions
I ruined my ring, can I get a refund?
No, and that is the nature of the product: you have used up the material. But write to us anyway. We look at what went wrong and explain how to take the piece up again. It is often salvageable.
The torch will not light.
It ships empty, without gas: that is mandatory for shipping. Fill it with a butane lighter refill, wait two minutes, then light it again. If the problem persists, the part is faulty and we replace it.
How long until I am refunded?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Your bank may add a few days before it shows.
Can I exchange rather than be refunded?
Yes, against any reference. If the new kit costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the gap.
